How to start a return: Contact us through our contact page with your order number; we'll reply within 1–2 business days. Return postage is at your cost unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect — then we cover it.

Your refund: Processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping refunded if the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect orders: We'll replace or fully refund, including postage both ways.
